Access Facebook and Twitter On One Page

Facebook and twitter has been a social networking and web or site promotion .
And i sure you know that,so how often are you access facebook or twitter?
I think you will do anytime,anywhere and sometime when you wake up from your sleep.
So for that i looking for solutions how i can access the both social networking (twitter and facebook)on one page webbrowser.
And now i have find it,with some mozilla firefox plugin and its simple ,free and easy.
I will give small description about this ,
